HIGH-VALUE BOOKS

Comics with an estimated Fair Market Value (FMV) of $1000 or above will be charged at a rate of 5% of the estimated FMV at the date of intake.

CANCELLATION

Service cancellation after intake - for any number of reasons you may decide not to move forward with service after books arrive for service. The books will be mailed back USPS priority mail.

RESULTS MAY VARY

Results are not guaranteed. Every single defect is different, and every single comic reacts differently to the pressing and cleaning process. We do not guarantee any grade, condition, or result.

We do not perform Blue Light washing. We do not perform any service that is considered “restoration” by CGC. No chemicals are used in our services. We do not remove rust from staples, most ink marks and most stains will not be removed by traditional dry cleaning processes.

All comics are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

TURN-AROUND TIME

For orders of fewer than 12 comics, the current fulfillment period is 10-15 business days from the start of service to shipment. The service timeline starts after you approve the estimate and all prior orders have been completed. An estimate, including the projected turnaround time, will be provided once we receive your order. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we currently do not offer a 'fast-track' option. Please note that turnaround times may vary due to various factors.
