These factors may or may not be shared with you at the time of response. If you are advanced to service, you will be provided a general estimate of the expected turnaround time for service, our current service rates, and recommended services. Turnaround times are based on the date books are received at the studio and the level of service warranted. All books received are documented based on the conditions they are received in. All books are shipped back via USPS Priority Mail, with no exceptions. You will be given the option to pay for insurance. International Orders are not being accepted at this time.
